Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, or the wrong item or pack size is delivered, message us on WhatsApp (9895771101) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Food safety
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food packs cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Resolution
Approved cases are resolved by replacement or refund of the amount paid, using the original payment method wherever possible.
